FOR LCAOR MEMBERS ONLY! - MLSAlliance Meeting

A major announcement was made on July 31 announcing the establishment of the California MLSAlliance, a shared database providing more than 150,000 brokers and agents with access to more than 2.5 million active listings throughout the state. The Quattro project, BAREIS, MetroList of Sacramento and the San Francisco MLS, joined with nine other MLS’s serving a total of 22 counties to form the Alliance.
As there are many questions concerning how this alliance will affect the Lake County MLS and the current MLS initiative by C.A.R., the Association is hosting an informational meeting on Friday, August 24, at 10:00 am at the Lakeport Cinema 5. All members should attend this meeting to learn about the options available to LCAOR.
One of the key people behind Quattro and the California MLSAlliance, Bill Miller, Vice President of MetroList, will present an overview of both Quattro and the Alliance and answer questions regarding the financial and governance implications if the Lake County MLS joins the Alliance. Please mark your calendar and attend this very important meeting.
