Series One – Understanding the Customer

 

Communicating Effectively with Customers – This session helps agents understand the values, wants and needs of each of the four basic personality types.  Agents will learn how to apply this knowledge to their customers.

 

Improving Communication – This session teaches agents how to use their understanding of personality types to communicate and relate to clients effectively.

 

Managing Conflict – In every office, every deal, agents can encounter conflict.  This session will help you understand the natural conflicts that occur between individuals of different personality types and how to help people with diverse views (co-workers and customers) work better together.
