Series Two – Seal the Deal

 

Face-to-Face Marketing - In today's technology-based society, we tend to forget that the highest number of sales come from networking!  In this session you will learn how to network, how to work a network, and you will develop marketing tools (ex. a "30 second commercial") you can use to market yourself to prospective buyers and sellers.

 

Negotiating a Win-Win Contract – This session addresses what to say and how to say it, to identify the critical aspects of a home sale so that both buyers and sellers come out winners.

 

Closing the Sale – Closing the sale is all about knowing the customer, anticipating their objections and concerns before they come up and identifying ways to effectively respond to them.  This workshop will also cover the pacing of the close, trial closing phrases used to test your assumptions, and examples of closing phrases that lead customers to make the purchase.
