You are invited to join us Tuesday, October 28, 9:00 AM - 1:30 PM for RPA Class presented by Gov Hutchinson, Assistant General Counsel of the CALIFORNIA ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS®.  

The RPA is going through some BIG changes the following class is a must take if you are doing business in California! This class will familiarize REALTORS® with the recent changes to The California Residential Purchase Agreement and Joint Escrow Instructions (Form RPA-CA). The RPA-CA form is the cornerstone of every successful real estate transaction in California, and there are several essential concepts, principles, and facts about this form that you should know. This course is Bureau of Real Estate (CalBRE) accredited for 4 hours of Continuing Education (CE) in Consumer Protection. (Also an elective for the Certified Transaction Coordinator Certification)
